Castell de Torrent de Cinca dominates a small plateau above the Huesca town of Torrente de Cinca in Aragon. Originally a Muslim settlement dating to 1100, the castle was conquered by Christian forces in 1149 and subsequently controlled by the military Order of the Hospital. The ruins retain irregular rectangular walls with preserved corner towers built in fine ashlar masonry, offering glimpses of medieval Aragonese fortification techniques.
