Castell de Granera is an 11th-century medieval fortress located on a rocky summit in Granera, Catalonia, with its first documentary reference dating to 971. Originally property of the House of Barcelona, it was pledged to Countess Ermessenda's son and subsequently enfeoffed to the lords of Balsareny before passing through various noble families, including the marquises of Castellbell. The castle's perimeter walls remain largely intact on their rocky outcrop, with much of the internal structure preserved including vaulted chambers, and it was declared a cultural asset of national interest in 1949.
