Heretat Sabartès is an 18th-century eclectic señorial palace located in Banyeres del Penedès in Tarragona's Penedès wine region, constructed for the prominent Canals family. The complex comprises multiple buildings enclosed by a fortified wall with towers at its corners, featuring two distinctive prismatic towers and porticoed galleries characteristic of neoclassical estate architecture. Originally reformed under the direction of the Count of Asalto and Marquis of Griny, the estate now encompasses 25 hectares of vineyards producing Sumarroca-Sabartés wines and cavas. Today it operates as a sophisticated venue for events and celebrations, offering extensive gardens, swimming facilities, and elegant spaces while maintaining its historical significance as a remarkable example of Catalan noble architecture and winemaking heritage.
