Castell de Cornellà is a Gothic mansion strategically positioned on a hilltop overlooking Cornellà de Llobregat, serving as one of the city's emblematic buildings. Originally constructed and reformed across multiple periods, the municipality acquired and renovated it around 2000. Today it functions as a cultural and administrative hub, housing an exhibition gallery in its spectacular triple-height eastern nave, archaeological displays of local excavations, municipal archives, and administrative offices. The central courtyard hosts cultural and civic activities, while the second floor is home to L'Avenç de Cornellà organization. The building remains an active cultural venue with rotating exhibitions and educational programs.
