Torre de Haches is an Almohad watchtower in Bogarra, Albacete province, constructed of adobe and stone to monitor Arab-held territory. Rising nearly 16 meters across four floors with an almost-square footprint and entrance positioned high on its thick walls, the tower stands on a small hill overlooking the valley of Arroyo de Haches stream. Archaeological evidence from the site includes the Sphinx of Haches, an Iberian statue discovered in 1945, indicating the location served as a reference point throughout history. The surrounding region experienced significant medieval activity, including Muslim attacks in the 15th century.
