Château Guiteronde is a Bordeaux wine estate located on the banks of the Garonne River in Villenave-d'Ornon, positioned just 4 kilometers from Bordeaux's city gates. Château Trigant is a family-owned winery in Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux, centered around an 18th-century chartreuse elegantly designed by lawyer Philippe Trigant. The 3.5-hectare vineyard features equal proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot planted on deep gravel soils, producing approximately 20,000 bottles of red wine annually known for aromatic notes of black fruits and balanced elegance. Entering the Sèze family in 1860, the estate carries a legacy of artists, explorers, and ship captains. Recently renovated to include 7 guest rooms and a 220 square meter reception hall, the château offers wine tours and tastings by appointment with multilingual staff, while emphasizing sustainable vineyard and park management practices.
