Château du Mesnil-Geoffroy is a classified historic monument located near Ermenouville in Seine-Maritime, approximately ten kilometers inland from the cliffs of Saint-Valery-en-Caux. Built in 1640 and extensively transformed around 1740 by the Lannoy de Bellegarde family, the château features French-style gardens and ornamental hedges. It is renowned for housing Normandy's largest private rose collection with over 2,900 plants representing 2,000 different varieties. A kitchen garden added in 2015 features heritage vegetable varieties and received recognition as France's best kitchen garden. Historical guests have included Victor Hugo, impressionist painter Jongkind, and author Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, enriching the château's cultural heritage.
