Château des Célestins is a neo-classical mansion in Limay, Yvelines, with origins in a monastery of the Holy Trinity founded in 1376 by King Charles V for the Celestine order. Following the monastery's dissolution in 1778 and the French Revolution, the estate was purchased in 1791 by Louis François Alexandre Lemoine, the future mayor of Limay, who transformed it into an elegant neo-classical castle. The property is surrounded by landscaped grounds featuring terraces, springs, pools, and outbuildings including an orangery, chapel, and cellars carved into the rock. Positioned at the foot of the Saint-Sauveur forest, the château offers panoramic views over the Seine valley. Partially listed as a Historical Monument since 1970, it remains private property.
