Château de Fonscolombe is an 18th-century castle located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, near Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon region. The property displays distinctive Italianate and Quattrocento architectural styles, featuring twin turrets with striking green enameled tiles. After three centuries as a private estate, it opened in 2017 as a luxurious 5-star Relais et Châteaux hotel set within 12 hectares of parkland. The château contains 50 rooms, with 13 housed in the historic castle building. It features La Table de l'Orangerie, a one-Michelin-star gastronomic restaurant, a seasonal pool, spa in the restored stables, and an organic winery producing red, white, and rosé wines.
