Château du Prieuré is a Neo-Renaissance castle in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, Yvelines, built on the site of an ancient priory of Saint Honorine founded in 1080. Jules Gévelot, a wealthy industrialist and founder of a renowned ammunition company, reconstructed the religious domain and reorganized it as a personal residence in the Napoleon III style beginning in 1865. The château now houses the Museum of Inland Waterways, showcasing the region's nautical heritage. The property encompasses a 5-hectare landscaped park, historic orangery, Gévelot greenhouse, and Grand Cellier, providing cultural insight into both ecclesiastical history and 19th-century industrial patronage along the Seine.
