Château Magnol is a prestigious wine estate in Blanquefort, Bordeaux, and the sole vineyard owned by the renowned wine producer Barton & Guestier. Located at the southern edge of the Haut-Médoc Appellation, the 17 hectare vineyard is the most southerly in the Médoc region. The château comprises an attractive single-storey manor house, known as the Chartreuse, surrounded by vineyards with sandy, gravelly soils and clayey sections. Dating its consolidation to 1842 and acquired by Barton & Guestier in 1969, the estate now serves as the company headquarters, hosting a guesthouse and wine school. The vineyard produces a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur blend featuring Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot.
