Løvenborg Gods is a historic manor estate in Holbæk Municipality, Zealand, with roots extending back to the late 12th century when Bishop Absalon owned the site. Completed in the 1630s, the property became a significant barony under the Løvenskiold family after 1738, who established a classical Danish estate. Covering 857 hectares, Løvenborg Hovedgård comprises 330 hectares while Løvenborg Skov encompasses 532 hectares of forest. The estate represents a bridge between cultivated landscape and natural environment, where tightly landscaped parks meet open cultural landscapes and wild woodland. Visitors can experience a classic Zealand manor setting dating from the 1600s, reflecting centuries of Danish aristocratic land stewardship and natural heritage.

Knabstrup Manor is one of Denmark's oldest manor houses, with documented history beginning in 1288 when it was confiscated during the political turbulence following Eric V's murder. The estate gained prominence under the Thott family in 1460, and underwent significant rebuilding after a devastating fire in 1620. The present manor house was designed by architect Vilhelm Dahlerup in the Historicism style and completed in 1862, relocated approximately 700 meters from its original site. Located near Holbæk on Zealand, Knabstrup Manor extends across historic grounds that witnessed centuries of Danish aristocratic ownership and cultural development. The estate is particularly renowned as the birthplace of the Knabstrupper horse breed, a distinctive patterned Danish horse known internationally.
