Château fort de Thy-le-Château is a medieval fortress in Walcourt, Belgium, with roots stretching back to the 12th century. Originally built as a military stronghold for noble families, the castle was severely damaged during the French Revolution and suffered further destruction in 1940 during World War II. Between 1928 and 1931, comprehensive restoration work reconstructed its fortifications, corner towers, and gatehouse on original foundations. Though privately owned, the castle represents the second most significant architectural element of Walcourt's heritage and occasionally hosts public events.
