Kasteel Ravenhof in Stabroek is a historic castle with roots in the 13th or 14th century when a farm likely occupied the site, though its present form dates primarily to the 19th and early 20th centuries. In 1679 the estate passed to Balthasar Moretus, descendant of the famous Antwerp printer Jan Moretus, and was rebuilt in Neo-Louis XV style in 1810; subsequent expansions between 1911–1920 added distinctive side wings. Transferred to municipal ownership in 1979, the castle now houses socio-cultural associations, with its forested grounds forming part of the cross-border Grenspark De Zoom-Kalmthoutse Heide nature reserve and offering walking trails through the surrounding landscape.
