Designed by architect Victor Jamaer for Hyacinthe de Maret, the first mayor of Loksbergen, this brick structure features four bays across two storeys above an elevated ground floor with arched basement windows. The property's slate and gable roof showcases sandstone detailing, while the building sits centrally within a landscaped park complete with a pond near the Velpe river.
