Château de Lannoy, also known as Anvaing Castle, is a historic residence in Frasnes-lez-Anvaing, Hainaut province, Belgium. Dating from 1127 with a documented history spanning centuries, the castle has been home to the distinguished de Lannoy family for generations. Notably, Stéphanie, Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, grew up within its walls. During World War II, the castle served as headquarters for the German 6th Army and was the site where Belgian capitulation was signed on 28 May 1940, making it a significant location in Belgian military history.
