Kasteel van Bossuit is a neoclassical castle in Avelgem drawing inspiration from Loire Valley château architecture, featuring a 17th-century core that was substantially renovated and expanded in the 18th century. The symmetrical three-section, three-story building displays refined Louis XVI interiors with rococo-decorated salons and a substantial library. Designed by renowned Lille architect Lesaffre, the castle with its four corner towers passed from the Luytens family to the de Talhouet noble family, who continue to reside there. The estate was protected as a valued monument in 1995.
