Ardooie Castle, also known as the De Jonghe d'Ardoye Castle, is a neoclassical country house built at the end of the 18th century by the Van Ardooie family, who styled themselves D'Ardoye. Severely damaged during the French Revolution, World War I, and World War II, the castle became a protected historical monument in 1984 and has housed a communication agency since 2007. Though the 28-hectare castle grounds remain private, a portion of the park has been accessible to the public since 1982 as the provincial domain 't Veld.
