Vösendorf Castle is a former moated castle situated in the district of Mödling in Lower Austria, surrounded by an expansive castle park. Originally formed the heart of an extensive hunting area dating to the 13th century, the old castle was equipped with numerous outbuildings and protected by a surrounding moat. Newly renovated, the castle now serves as a vibrant community center, housing a castle café, the municipal office, public library, tax and business consultant services, and a Raiffeisenbank branch. The castle also contains a castle museum and bicycle museum, making it a multifunctional landmark that preserves its historical heritage while serving contemporary needs for the local community and visitors alike.
