Tillysburg Castle in Sankt Florian is an enchanting Renaissance and Baroque residence built between 1633 and 1645 by Count Werner t'Serklaes von Tilly. The castle's architecture features richly decorated facades and interiors with antique stucco reliefs characteristic of the era. After the Tilly family line ended in 1724, ownership passed through several hands before the St. Florian Monastery acquired it in 1764. Fully restored in 1988, this privately owned castle now serves as an elegant venue for cultural events, concerts, weddings, and professional business meetings.
