Schloss Droß is a Renaissance castle with Baroque elements situated in Droß, a municipality in Lower Austria's Krems-Land district, approximately 10 kilometers from Krems an der Donau. Completed in 1726, the castle features a distinctive four-winged design with projecting corner towers and a tall clock tower topped with an onion dome. The accompanying Schlosskapelle St. Georg, a former castle chapel with 14th-century sgraffito paintings, dates back to 1135 and enhances the cultural significance of this regional landmark.
