Torreón de Cuadros is a cylindrical tower of Arab origin built in the 13th century atop a rocky outcrop in Bedmar y Garcíeza, standing 12 meters tall with 1.6-meter-thick walls and a diameter of 6.37 meters. Positioned as a strategic lookout point, this fortress overlooks the scenic Cuadros river valley with its orchards and crops, offering panoramic views of part of the Sierra Mágina Natural Park. Documented in records from Alfonso X dating to 1260, the tower functions today as an accessible viewpoint located near the El Adelfal de Cuadros recreational area and the sanctuary of the Virgen de Cuadros.
