Tirsbæk Gods is a Renaissance estate nestled on the north side of Vejle Fjord between forested slopes and the waterfront, with origins dating to the 1300s and its main building constructed in 1540. The castle comprises a central structure with north and east wings from around 1550, and a tower and west wing added in 1577, creating a picturesque complex that has evolved through centuries of ownership changes. Today, the estate functions as a private residence, event venue, and recreational destination, offering a Renaissance garden open to the public during summer months and an annual Christmas market providing access to the courtyard and historic farm buildings.
