Reifnitz Castle

Schloss Reifnitz, also known as Schloss Klein Miramar, is a late-19th-century castle built in 1898 on the southern shore of the Wörthersee near Maria Wörth in Carinthia. Designed by Hamburg architect Professor Zenkonski for businessman Adolf Heinrich Bercht, the castle features distinctive Hanseatic architecture with a crenellated round tower, stepped gable, and bay window. The interior showcases coffered ceilings, Rococo-style decoration, and remarkable period stained glass windows, offering a glimpse into early 20th-century Alpine architecture.
