The Muralla de Cambrils is a 14th-century medieval wall constructed to protect the Catalan coastal town during the War of the Pedros. Originally featuring three access gates, the wall was reinforced following the devastating 1640 siege by Castilian forces and damaged again during the Carlist Wars. Today, remnants of this historic fortification remain integrated into the old town's fabric, with the Porta d'Avall and Porta de l'Era still visible as key architectural elements that defined the medieval settlement's defensive boundaries.
