Kasteel van Nazareth, built in Louis XVI style with a rectangular floor plan, was reconstructed in 1666 and significantly enlarged between 1771–1772 by Louis Emmanuel Rockolfing according to designs by architect Jan Baptist Simoens. The symmetrical facades feature central risalits and triangular pediments. The property passed to the Kervyn de Volkaersbeke family in 1860, who assembled an extensive library of historical manuscripts. Three tree-lined avenues radiate from the castle toward village streets, with the western avenue leading directly to Nazareth's central square and church.
