Schlossanlage Dorf an der Enns, located in Haidershofen near the Enns River, displays Late Baroque styling with smooth facades decorated in ornamental detailing and a reworked front section from the 1800s. Originally founded in the early medieval period, the castle passed through various noble families and was notably owned by 19th-century Steyr industrialist Josef Werndl. The open castle grounds near Austria's early hydroelectric power plants provide visitors access to this layered historical structure and its riverside setting.
