Château Mondron in Jumet, Charleroi, is an industrial-era mansion built in 1881 by wealthy industrialist Valentin Lambert on the site of a former glassworks. After Lambert's death, his daughter Valentine and her husband Léon Mondron continued the family residence through both world wars. In the post-World War II period, the Mondron family granted the château to the Assumptionist Fathers, transforming it into Église Saint-Lambert. Today it functions as both a historic monument and active community center, hosting cultural events, religious gatherings, and social programs within its preserved industrial mansion architecture.
