Château La Louvière is a prestigious wine estate in the Pessac-Léognan appellation just south of Bordeaux, featuring a neoclassical château built in the late 18th century and designated a Historic Monument since 1991. The 69-hectare property encompasses 11 hectares of white grapes and 58 hectares of red vines, producing exceptional wines from Sauvignon and Sémillon for whites and Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds. With vineyards documented as early as 1310 and historically managed by Carthusian monks from 1620 to 1791, the estate was restored to prominence by André Lurton in 1965.
