Château de Ligneyrac

Château de Ligneyrac is a Renaissance castle in Ligneyrac, Corrèze, featuring a main rectangular building flanked by a distinctive octagonal tower with an adjacent dependency converted into a working farm. Perched on a hillside, the château overlooks the town center and surrounding valley to the south. Located in the canton of Meyssac at the southern extremity of the Corrèze department near the Lot, Ligneyrac lies 27 kilometers from Tulle. The region holds rich architectural heritage, including the earlier 12th-century castle of the Roberts of Lignérac and the 15th-century Château du Peuch.
