The Château de Jodoigne-Souveraine is a remarkable U-shaped castle built in the second half of the 18th century by brothers count Antoine-Joseph of Glymes and baron Ernest-Joseph of Spangen. Located at Chaussée de Charleroi 165, the castle showcases distinctive architecture combining brick, Gobertange stone, and blue stone in harmonious contrast. Three towers punctuate its design, and architectural elements date to 1764, as marked on the main façade. The castle was classified as exceptional heritage of the Walloon Region in 2022 and remains privately owned by descendants of the original commissioners, preserving its historic character and cultural significance.
