Château de Gargas is a seigneurial residence in Viviès, Ariège, at the foot of the Pyrenees with roots in the 15th century and a primarily 17th-century structure. Three rooms on the first floor retain exceptional French Baroque decoration, featuring ornate gypseries with stucco-covered fireplaces created in the last decades of the 17th century, earning historic monument classification in 1998. Today the château serves as a reception hall and bed and breakfast accommodation, offering guests the opportunity to experience both the architectural heritage and the natural beauty of the Pyrenean region.
