Château de Cérons is a vineyard Chartreuse built in the late 17th century and listed as a supplementary historic monument since 2008, situated as a manor house on a terrace overlooking the Garonne River. Located in the heart of the village of Cérons in the Graves region and fronted by a beautiful 12th-century church, the estate encompasses twenty-six hectares of vines on gravel plateau soil with limestone subsoil. The gravity-fed cellar, built in 1960 and fully restored, represents one of Bordeaux's earliest examples of this precision winemaking design. The estate produces three wine types: red Graves, dry white Graves, and Cérons sweet white, managed since 2012 by Xavier and Caroline Perromat.
