Castle of Fernelmont is a fortified farmhouse located in Noville-les-Bois, Belgium, featuring a remarkable 13th-century keep-porch and residential tower. Originally built around 1269 by Godescale de Noville, this brick and blue stone structure was transformed into a château-ferme during the Renaissance. The impressive quadrilateral castle is surrounded by a moat and contains authentic medieval interior elements including an intramural staircase, original fireplaces, and latrines. Listed as a protected monument in 1934, it remains unfurnished and opens seasonally from late May through September, offering weekend visits from 2 PM to 5:30 PM.
