Castell de Sant Quintí in Sant Quintí de Mediona, Alt Penedès region, is a fortified structure situated on a hilltop near the urban center. Originally misidentified as medieval, the castle's current form dates primarily to the 17th century, incorporating a chapel dedicated to Sant Antoni de Pàdua and later defensive modifications during the Carlist Wars. The rectangular enclosure features a square tower at one end with annexed structures built across subsequent centuries. Though much of the fortress has deteriorated and been largely incorporated into adjacent cemetery walls, it remains a notable example of the layered historical modifications that characterize Catalan fortified sites.
