Castell de Riner is a tower structure in Riner municipality, Solsonès, Lleida province, declared a cultural asset of national interest. Constructed in the 12th century, the castle was built on a flat area halfway up a slope overlooking the Negre river valley. First documented indirectly in 1013, the castle played a role in medieval Catalan society as evidenced by notable historical events at the site. Today, the remains represent an important piece of Catalonia's medieval heritage and cultural landscape.
