Castell de la Todolella is a 14th-century fortress in Castellón, Valencia, built atop a mound overlooking the municipality and surrounding countryside. Though its origins date to the medieval period, the fortress was substantially developed in the 16th century as both a defensive stronghold and seignorial manor residence, featuring four structures arranged around a central courtyard. The masonry walls are topped with merlons added during recent restoration work, while the castle retains its original gate, towers, and parade ground with meticulous interior decoration. Currently privately owned and inhabited, the castle welcomes visitors by advance booking, offering a glimpse into Valencia's medieval noble heritage.
