Castell de Biure is a medieval fortress located in Alt Empordà, Catalonia, dating from the 14th-15th centuries and declared a cultural asset of national interest. Situated northwest of Biure on a hilltop with steep slopes, only fragmentary vestiges remain—two wall sections arranged at right angles, each approximately five meters in length and three meters high, constructed from unworked limestone stones bound with lime mortar. The sparse ruins offer testament to the castle's medieval defensive significance in the Empordà region.
