Bothal Castle

Bothal Castle near Morpeth in Northumberland stands as an exceptional example of a castle transformed into a refined residential property. Originally established in 1343 by Sir Robert Bertram, who converted a hall into a fortified castle, the structure underwent significant restoration in the 19th century and remains in excellent repair today.
